The Meadow - Java   Please be patient.   It may take time to download the images.     Choose the birds and animals from the panel, and then click to place them in the meadow scene. You can select and reposition them as many times as you want.   Note:  At first you may find the mouse response times very slow, until all the files have been downloaded to your computer.

Java Programming Notes:   A Java Applet demonstrates the use of mouse-Down events for selecting and positioning of items.   To prevent the drawing of images over the selection panel area, the clipRect method is used.
